Abstract EN
The methods of the philosophical analysis have been helped to shape the revival of the semantics of deontic modality over the development of its various language notions.
The notion of the deontic modality is rather complex that has a great interception with cognitive semantics and with the hermeneutic templates of the cultural backgrounds in translation methods.
The model of deontic modality in the discourse is the interval among different conceptual systems of mind.
Thus, the discussion of the diachronic evolution has been excluded in this study and it underlined the reviewing of philosophical semantic implications of the deontic modality in the discourse.
Deontic modality has a great impact on the recognition of the discourse whether it would be conceived or perceived in both English and Arabic.
The study concluded that the cultural backgrounds have a considerable effect on the identification of the discourse of SL and TL.
The way of describing the rendered version of deontic logical discourse is also delineated.
The deontic modality is not only limited by the linguistic capacity but expanded to the cognitive, semantic, pragmatic and social-ecological systems.
