هذه الدراسة تضمنت توضيح عملية الانهيار التي تصاحب عمليات سحب الأسلاك.
البنية البلورية المأخوذة لعدة عينات من الأسلاك المسحوبة من معدني النحاس و الألمنيوم و لمراحل سحب مختلفة من قطر السلك 8 ملم إلى 3.5 ملم لأسلاك الألمنيوم و إلى 1.75 ملم لأسلاك النحاس.
البنية البلورية للعينات المسحوبة بظروف اعتيادية و اتجاه عمودي على اتجاه الدرفلة أظهرت بعض المسامات، بينما لم تظهر ذلك العينات المأخوذة باتجاه الدرفلة و على السطح.
خلاصة العمل بين لنا، إن تلك المسامات من الممكن أن تنتج و تخلق بمساعدة الحرارة الناجمة من عملية السحب ذاتها و التي تساوي درجة حرارة إعادة التبلور أو أكثر.
بالتالي من الممكن أن تتجمع و يؤدي ذلك إلى فشل السلك المسحوب.
Abstract EN
This investigation concern to explain the failure operation that connected with wire drawing process.
Microstructural examination was carried out for several samples of drawn wires.
Copper and aluminum wires were pulled from 8 mm diameter to 3.5 mm for aluminum and to 1.75 mm for copper.
The cross-sectional microstructure shows some porosity at the normal drawing condition, while no porosity at the drawing direction surface.
The conclusion of this work represents that porosity will be created due to heat results from drawing process, which equal to recrystallization temperature or more, and accumulated porosity will be progressive to the final stage of wire failure
