Abstract EN

The present study aims at presenting an outlook related to the effects of cultural changes on the nature of muslim schoar’s records and careers .

In addition it emphasized that the national culture can not be understood unless it accords with the understanding of the new views and visions that had been arising within the cultural environment.

Though out Al-Mawardi’s various writings and the analysis of his approach and his own indirect and obscure views compared with others one may detect the consequences of such cultural changes in his own compiled books .

The phenomenon of compiling similar books in title and shape and different in their content reflected an advanced mode of cultural dialogue among scholars , especially during the fifth century of hegira and the following ones .
