To identify its purposes and to show its effects in one of his speeches, transcend the limits of the consideration of the texts of rhetoric as mere semantics and linguistic content, and consider it as a language activity in which the speaker tries to achieve the purposes that aim to influence the recipient and try to change the reality, all in the light of study acts that represent the axis of deliberative theory.
