The present study dealt with stem cells providing a linguistic and terminological definition.

It also investigated types of stem cells talking into consideration the legislatives regulations to pass judgments on current issues.

The research reviewed scholar’s opinions of the sources of these cells with particular emphasis on deliberate abortion to get them.

Clowning as a source was also discussed from religious and medical points of view.

Recommendations and conclusions were also presented
