Philosophers differ about who has the priority in interesting, thus , if the social doctrine and the communist philosophy relied on the group, the individual doctrine put the emphesize on the individual.
The school of social contract is considered as one of the important and leader schools that the individual doctrine based on.
For this reason and throughout these papers I try to draw a comparison between this theory and what we have in the islamic Fikh by tackling the three important points: * Necessity of designing the governor.
* The nature of the relation between the governor and the governed.
* The basis of power and the ruler.
