Abstract AR
تعد الرقابة النيابية الاختصاص الثاني لمجلس النواب العراقي، و هو ما نصت عليه المادة (٦١ / ثانيا) من الدستور : الرقابة على أداء السلطة التنفيذية ، و تتضمن الرقابة النيابية : العديد من الوسائل التي تضمن أداء رقابيا فاعلا على السلطة التنفيذية من مجلس النواب اذا ما أحسن استخدامها، و تلك الوسائل هي (السؤال، الاستجواب، طرح موضوع عام للمناقشة، سحب الثقة عن الحكومة، و التحقيق النيابي)، و التي عن طريقها يوضح أهمية وسائل الرقابة البرلمانية، و فاعليتها على السلطة التنفيذية.
Abstract EN
Parliamentary oversight is considered as the second specialismof the Iraqi parliament, which is stipulated in article (61/second) ofthe constitution to control the performance of the executive authority.
Parliamentary oversight includes: many means that includes effectiveperformance of the executive authority of parliament if it is usedcorrectly.
Those means are: (Question, Interrogation, Put forward ageneral topic for discussion, Withdraw confidence from thegovernment, and Parliamentary Inquiry), which through explains theimportance of the means of parliamentary oversight and itseffectiveness over the excutive authority.
