Abstract EN

The objective of the research is to find the relationship between the social responsibility and the retention of talent in the health institution.

The research was conducted on a sample of doctors working in Al-Fayhaa Teaching Hospital, which consists of (51) doctors.

The most important findings of the research were the existence of a relation and effect of significant statistical significance between social responsibility and its economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic dimensions and retention of talent.
