In light of the technological boom, e-learning has become a strong competitor to traditional educational curricula, that encourages the learner to rapid educational achievement in addition to the rapidity and facility of receiving educational knowledge and flexible application.

Note that many e-books have achieved excellence in dealing with many educational topics in short ways and useful to learners.

However, e-learning weakens the spoken of the learner particularly its great impact on the Arabic language received and produced in the interactive aspect.

it is imperative to develop an appropriate computer program that develops the needs of Arabic teachers and learners to provide eloquent educational content as inputs for learning, and the development of the Arabic language in e-learning (area of operations) to improve the teaching of language and learning outcomes.
