Investment strategy for empowerment of intellectual capital through knowledge innovation and creativty extract research: Contributed to development management to focus on the human element and its role in the success and growth of organizations.

The priority occcupied by the intellectual capital in the knowledge economy world leads to global conflict on the talents, just as was the struggle of peoples around land as a master of production .Thus , orgnatzations that give the issue of building the human capital base and the inportance of its deserves so by focusing on the use of these resources by encouraging ceativity and innovation.

It can not be changed into the labor force only through the empowerment granted to use the knowledge and skills gained in the creation of creativity without fear or caution .

The reseach to use as a stratgy to take advantage of modem intellectual capital that is three axes.The first deals with the concept of second deals with intellectual capital and its importance in the knowledge economy - and the creativity, knowledge and the third deals with knowledge innovation and creativity .

Inductive method was used to reach specific findings through the analysis of literature research and access to the recommendations.
