Arabic Abstract

تهدف دراستنا الى التعريف بمفهوم التسويق الزراعي، و بعض المشاكل و المعوقات التي تؤثر فيه، و التي يمكن ان تنعكس سلبا في الأداء العام للشركة العامة لتجارة الحبوب / فرع كركوك، و بهدف الحصول على البيانات اللازمة، تم تصميم استبانة و التي اسهمت بتوفير العديد من الاجابات التي مكنت الباحثين من تحقيق أهداف الدراسة و بلوغ مراميها.

وتوصلت الدراسة الى نتائج عدة، و قدمت في ذات الوقت مقترحات نأمل أن تلقى صداها لدى الباحثين بعامة، و الشركة المبحوثة و نظيراتها من المنظمات المماثلة لها في الاختصاص و النشاط بخاصة بهدف تطوير ادائها، و الارتقاء بمنجزاتها نحو الأفضل.

English Abstract

Our study aims at introducing the concept of agricultural marketing, and some of the problems and constraints affecting it, which could be negatively reflected in the overall performance of the General Company for Grain Trade / Kirkuk branch, In order to obtain the necessary data, a questionnaire was designed, which provided many answers that enabled researchers to achieve the objectives of the study and achieve its goals.

The study reached several results, and at the same time presented suggestions that we hope to resonate with the researchers in general, and the research company and its counterparts from similar organizations in the specialization and activity in particular in order to develop its performance and improve its achievements for the better.
