This paper will answer the question: can Arabian spring make a political shift in the life after Arab spring? Or the nation would be impossible under threatening of balkanization, localization and internationalization? The research tackle the world issues after Arab spring determining the political bloc's behavior, choosing two ways: equilibrium and submission.

If the bloc is strong, it will choose equilibrium and if it is weak, it will choose submission.

These choices are affected by international territorial powers.

The first dream of Arab spring is impossible.

The Arab spring by the help of the coalitions of the political blocs got the Arab states into a great change and mess after applying custodies leading to new Arab states.
