Abstract EN

All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions.

The student of the Prophet's biography and events finds himself in front of a great educational, doctrinal and political school.

One these events is Treaty of Hudaibiya which was an important juncture in the Islamic Dawa.

In recognition of the importance of that event, So the search has been named(The doctrinal lessons of the Hudaybiyah) according to plan consisting of an introduction, four topics, a conclusion and an indexes.

The introduction includes a clarification of the place, time and duration of the treaty which took place on Monday 6Dhul-Qidah of the sixth year of immigration in Hudaibiya, and the duration of treaty was ten years.

The first topic talked about the reasons of treaty, some of these were that the Prophet came to Mecca for the Umrah and not to fight, the unbelievers of Quraish insist to prevent the Prophet and his companions to perform the Umrah without a military confrontation because they were afraid of Muslims especially after the pledge of Al-Radwan, the unbelievers thought that the treaty will benefit them.

The second topic was about writing the treaty and its provisions which were six items: To return Muslims without the performance of Umrah to the next year – To return everyone from Quraish wants Islam to his tribe – To accept every Muslim comes to Quraish - To stop the war for ten years between Quraish and Muslims.

The third topics was about the doctrinal lessons learned of Hudaybiyah, which includes: that the prophet's vision is divine inspiration , good fortune, think the best of people, abundance of water is evidence of prophecy, submission to God and His Messenger, soul-searching, to disbelieve in the influence of the planets, judgment on asking Allah's blessing by the remains of the Prophet, To agree with unbelievers in some cases does not mean aiding them, to obey the guardian, to magnify Allah's sacred rites, Allah's divine decree is all good, not to arbitrate the passions and opinions and love companions of the Prophet.

The fourth topic was a brief reference to the benefits and gains achieved by the treaty of Hudaybiyah, conquest of Mecca, the official recognition of Islam and its state, Muslims feared by unbelievers, the Prophet engaged to the Dawa and fighting the Jews, Muslims took a rest of war.

The conclusion of the research contains the results and recommendations, and the indexes of sources and approved references
