Abstract EN

The current research aimed to recognize the level of industry of achievement and the level of psychological satisfaction and to reveal the relationship between them on the employees of the University of Samarra, which they are (810) employees, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher has built two scales, one to measure the level of industry of achievement which consists of (15) paragraphs, and the other to measure psychological satisfaction It consisted of (10) paragraphs, and after performing statistical analysis of the two scales' paragraphs and extracting validity and consistency, the two scales were applied in their final form a random intentional sample consisting of (100) male and female employees, and the sample constituted approximately (12.3%) of the total research community.

The data was also processed using appropriate statistical means.

The results of the research were that the employees of the University of Samarra have a good level of achievement in the industry and also enjoy a good level of psychological satisfaction.

In the light of the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals.
