Since the 1980’s, economic reforms became the dominant feature of the development strategies in developing and Arab countries, and it increased in the 1990’s to reduce poverty.

This article would spotlight on role of economic reform programs and its relation with human development in assay to evaluation their effectiveness in the treatment of economic problems.
