Enter your abstract here (Contains: The main problem, methods used in The present study aims to identify the psychological stressors that affects the Palestinian teacher and the effects these stressors put on their professional performance, with due regard to variations of gender, qualification, work experience, the level they teach and the level of income.

The researcher has chosen a randomly stratified sample including (100) male as well female teachers.

The study comes to conclusions: 1.

The impact of the psychological stressors among the teachers in the Southern –Hebron school has a medium degree.

There is not any statistical deference at the level (0.05 > a) in the effect of the psychological stressors among the teachers the gender and the years of experience and financial income and the qualification variables.
