Abstract EN

The study aims at developing a suggested scenario for the preparation of kindergarten female teacher at the faculties of education in Libya that would contribute to attract the confidence of the parties involved in education and in the quality of faculties of education outputs (kindergarten departments), as well as their ability to respond to the challenges of the twenty first century.

In order to achieve these aims, the study attempted to identify the conceptual framework of kindergarten in Libya, the theoretical foundations of the preparation of kindergarten female teacher, and the experiences of some countries in the field of the preparation of kindergarten female teachers and benefiting from them in supporting Libya's efforts in this area.
