Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the employees' views on the availability and importance of the assigned roles to libraries for serving people with disabilities in Riyadh.

In order to try to form a clear vision about those roles as far as possible and to access to use the descriptive approach, where the sample included the study of (153) male and female workers and the study tool was prepared in the light of what was formulated goals and questions of the study.

The study findings showed that the study sample vocabulary of workers was highly consistent among them on the importance of the assigned roles to libraries for serving people with disabilities in Riyadh city and the importance of their availability in the libraries.
