Sports education teachers suffer from a lack of specialized standard measurement of sporty adaptive behavior of children with Simple mental Disability.

The various available measures are focused on public life such as personal care, home living, social skills, use of public services, employment; which have negative impact on children performance and interaction with their environment.

This results in personal suffering and causing the hindrance of children possible integration with their teachers or colleagues in an acceptable manner.

Up until now, these skills did not adequately involve sports' adaptive behavioral skills that are essential in the process of diagnosis and classification based on the levels of adoption of the educational plan, teaching strategies, content and the mobility, cognitive and behavioral goals.

The aim of the research is to build a specialized measure to evaluate the effectiveness of sport's adaptive behavioral skills during the physical education lesson, which is modified to the mentally disabled to a Simple degree.

A standardized measures for Simple mental retardation children.

These skills include fitness, simple motor skills, moving to and from Sports education classes, response to teacher, peer and equipment handling, effort and self-acceptance, mathematical cognitive abilities.

The most important results of the research are the skills of basic adaptive sports behavior for people with a simple mental disability during the lessons of physical education modified in seven basic skills.

There are thirty-nine adaptive sub-training skills for people with simple mental disabilities during the modified physical education classes.

The axes of the scale used in assessing the skills of adaptive sports behavior for simple mental disabilities during the modified physical education lessons are highly stable and that they are given the same results if they are re-applied again on the same sample in the same circumstances.

The skills of adaptive subtractive behavior in each axis are closely related to the axis to which they belong and contribute to the construction of the scale and measure what is set for it so it is honest, allowing the possibility of using the scale.

The degree of "not observed" to the mentally disabled did not appear to be simple, that these skills are present, but some of them are highly underestimated and this confirms the validity of the scale.

The sporty adaptive skills that "require endurance".

The results suggest the need for designing an integrated physical education classes to develop those adaptive skills in a specialized manner and to train physical education teachers on how to improve those skills.
