Abstract EN

The aim of the research was, to identify the effect of TRX on some physical and digital fitness components of talented athletes from 11 – 13 years.

The researcher used the experimental method the experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other is adjuster.

The researcher process was chosen by the talented athletes from 11 – 13 years of age affiliated with the ministry of youth and sports.

they were trained in Nasiria Sports Club.

their number was 16 players.

They were divided into two group, one of them is experimental from 8 players, the other was adjuster is from 8 players.

The training programme was applied to the experimental group, while the traditimal training programme was applied to the training group.

to collect the data, power of grip, agility, motor balance, Power clean and Jerk, Power snatch.The proposed training programmer was important at the end of the main stem of the training units.

The number of the training unites for the programme was 3 units per week for 12 weeks.

Was conducted on the the experimental group from Monday, 5l2l2018 to Wednesday 18l4l2018.

The researcher used the method of the training period during the proposed training programme.

The researcher recommended using the proposed training programme TRX exercises because it has a positive effect on som of the components of the physical fitness (under consideration) and the digital level of kidnapping and the lifting of the clean and Jerk for the talented athletes from 11-13 years.
