يشير مصطلح التعلم الإلكتروني إلى الاعتماد على التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية حيث إن تطبيق التعلم الإلكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي عاملا مهم لتسهيل العملية التعليمية بها.
يقوم هذا البحث بالتعرف على العقبات التي تحول دون تطبيق التعلم الإلكتروني في كليات السياحة و الفنادق بالجامعات المصرية الحكومية.
اعتمد البحث على البيانات الأولية من خلال توزيع (150) استمارة موجهة إلى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات السياحة و الفنادق بالجامعات المصرية الحكومية لتقييم كيفية تطبيق عملية التعلم الإلكتروني بهذه الكليات و التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجهها.
اعتمد البحث أيضا على البيانات الثانوية المتمثلة في المراجع المختلفة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث.
أوضحت النتائج أن غالبية الكليات موضع الدراسة تطبق التعلم الإلكتروني، و خاصة بعد أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد إلا أنه على الرغم من ذلك، توجد بعض المشكلات التي تعيق تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني بفعالية في تلك الكليات، مثل عدم المعرفة الكافية بالتعلم الإلكتروني.
و من ثم يوصي البحث بتوفير معايير واضحة للتعلم الإلكتروني في تلك الكليات مع ضرورة توفير ورش عمل عن التعلم الإلكتروني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس و الطلاب و أولياء الأمور لزيادة و عيهم و معرفتهم عن هذا الأسلوب التعليمي.
Abstract EN
E-learning refers to the dependence on technology in education.
Applying e-learning in high-education institutions is important for facilitating the educational process.
This research identifies obstacles impeding e-learning at the faculties of tourism and hotels in Egyptian public universities.
It depended on primary data through addressing (150) questionnaires to the teaching staff of the mentioned faculties to evaluate their application of e-learning and identify its problems.
The research also depended on secondary data related to its subject.
The findings revealed that the majority of the mentioned faculties apply e-learning, especially after the recent Corona virus pandemic.
However, there are some problems hindering the e-learning effectiveness in these faculties, e.
g.
the inadequate acquaintance with it.
Therefore, research recommends providing clear criteria for e-learning in the mentioned faculties coping with its electronic nature and providing practical workshops about e-learning for the teaching staff, students, and parents to raise their awareness about it.
