Abstract EN

This paper attempted to analyze Al-Maourdi’s Scientific Contribution in promoting the Islamic political view in the most of the periods that came after his time.

The main theme is that, to present the major ideas of his studies with special reference to his available study "Al-Ahkam Al-Saultania", which created the political theory of Islamic state that lead to freedom and human respect, through discussed different conditions and issues that surrounded Al-Maourdi's life and explained its effects.
