Abstract EN

In this paper we want to treat the problem of the employment, so we will take different Algerian government politics about whom to consults this economical problem during the period from 2005 to 2010, and the most important result we came to is that the different Algerian government politics didn’t succeed because it didn’t realize the different goals.

We proposed from this paper the creation of micro company in each family in the social market economy context to diminish this economic phenomenon
