This paper investigates the famous streams in literature of information systems and information technology (IS/IT) evaluation.
This theoretical review entails the user information satisfaction (UIS) models, the technology acceptance models (TAM) and Delone and McLean success model (D&M SM) (1992).
The present paper represents a part from a study that has been undertaken to investigate the use of IS/IT in selected Algerian organizations and the perceived performance of both individuals and organizations
