Abstract EN

The study aimed to shed a light on the real role of the foreign investments in transferring knowledge and technology to the Jordanian business organizations, as it was expected several benefits, the results indicated that the volume of foreign investments has not been matching the expectations, and indicators were far away from expectations .

The study recommended to establish new legislations in giving franchising to the investors to maximize the volume of investments and to affect tax excluded for the foreign investments to maximize the labor volume to improve the national income.
