English Abstract

With language acquisition, social relationships enrich and transform the mind of the individual.

The language system transmits all prepared concepts,classifications, relationships, the inexhaustible potential of concepts that are built in every individual.

The study of intelligence and the conditions of its development passes necessarily by the language.

A good understanding of the mechanisms of language acquisition requires not only knowledge of the organization of language,cognition and their evolution to the age, but also knowledge of the events of cerebral maturation.

The Knowledge of the conditions for normal development of intelligence and personality allows us to understand what mental disability is.

The study of the dynamics of language development in individuals with mental disabilities requires a careful examination of the process unrolling in time and where you can find periods particularly favorable to the acquisition.
