Abstract EN

This study aims to address the crime of embezzlement in the private sector in Algerian legislation in accordance with Law 06/01 related to the prevention and control of corruption, by examining the various elements of this crime and comparing criminalization in the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and in some comparative legislation in order to determine the extent of efficacy The punitive policy approved by the Algerian legislature to combat and suppress this crime compared to other legislation.

This is in order to know the extent of keeping pace with the Algerian legislature and the comparative legislation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
