نظرا لتعدد التعريفات سواء من قبل رجال القانون و الاقتصاد بالأخص فسنكتفي بتقديم تعريف الذي جاء به المشرع الجزائري من خلال قانون 16-09 المؤرخ في 03 أوت2016 المتعلق بترقية الاستثمار المتعلق بترقية الاستثمار من خلال مادته الثانية يقصد الاستثمار في مفهوم هذا القانون: اقتناء أصول تندرج في إطار استحداث نشاطات جديدة وتوسيع قدرات الإنتاج أو إعادة التأهيل المساهمة في رأسمال الشركة (1) وعليه لا يمكن تجسيد هذه الاستثمارات على أرض الواقع إلا إذا تم تشجعيها و تمويلها و مرافقتها من طرف أجهز، مختصة على وجه الخصوص الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تشغيل الشباب
Abstract EN
Due to the multiplicity of definitions, whether by law or economics in particular, we will suffice to provide a definition of the Algerian legislator through Law 16-09 of 03 August 2016 on the promotion of investment related to the promotion of investment through its second article means investment in the concept of this law: The creation of new activities and the expansion of production or rehabilitation capacities contribute to the capital of the company.
