Abstract EN

This paper aims to establish the importance of regulations that limit damage to financial markets and those who treat them, and to protect manipulators from manipulation by businesses or speculators.

Whereas The Manipulators seek to mislead investors by controlling or influencing the prices of traded securities and making illegal gains.

The study revealed that the modernity of the Algerian stock market and its current characteristics are more conducive to manipulation, Till date, no action has indicated that the market has been tampered.

However, the rules governing the work of the Algiers Stock Exchange should be reviewed, particularly with regard to the manipulation component.

It is therefore necessary to establish a list of prohibited behaviors at the Algiers Stock Exchange.
