Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the importance and the nature of the causal relationship that links criminal behavior with the criminal result.

For this purpose, the researcher use the descriptive and analytical methodology to evaluate the criterion of causal relationship-in intended and unintended crimes-according to the doctrine of the Jordanian judiciary, besides examine Jurisprudential theories that discusses the causal relationship, especially when several acts causing the criminal result.

In Conclusion, the researcher underlines several concluding-remarks.

The most important is the need for a legislative intervention adopting a specific criterion for the casual relationship, which will lead to judicial stability regarding the causal relationship.
