شهدت السنوات الأخيرة تغيرات سريعة و تحديات كبيرة كان سببها الأساسي هو بروز ظاهرة العولمة و من ثم تحول الاقتصاد من النظرة الكلاسيكية القائمة على المادة إلى النظرة الحديثة القائمة على المعرفة حيث أصبحت الموجودات غير الملموسة تشكل الدعامة الأساسية و المورد الاستراتيجي لثروة المؤسسة لما لهذه الأخيرة من دور فعال في توظيف خبرات و مهارات العاملين في خلق القيمة وضمان بقاء المؤسسة و كذا الرفع من كفاءة أدائها و تعرف هذه الموجودات غير الملموسة في عصرنا الحالي برأس المال الفكري.
و للإحاطة أكثر بهذا الموضوع تناولنا : مفاهيم رأس المال الفكري-التمييز بين رأس المال الفكري و رأس المال التقليدي-أهمية رأس المال الفكري-خصائص رأس المال الفكري-أدوار رأس المال الفكري-مكونات رأس المال الفكري-أهمية و نماذج قياس رأس المال الفكري-النتائج و الاقتراحات.

Recent years have witnessed rapid changes and major challenges whose main cause was the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization, and then the economy shifted from the classical view based on matter to the modern view based on knowledge, where the human resource has become the strategic main pillar of the wealth of the enterprise, because of its effective role in employing experiences And skills in producing value and raising the efficiency of performance, and this is known nowadays with intellectual capital.
