The aim of the establishment of free zones is to provide effective infrastructure.

But the performance of free zones depends to a large extent on other policies, especially those for human resources development, and the necessary infrastructure to attract and increase export-oriented foreign direct investment.

Therefore, we seek through this research to find out to what extent the role to export can be activated, and the reality of that in the free zone in Algeria.

The research aims at showing the importance of free zones in the world, and the problematic of activating the role of this region in the national economy, and exploiting the natural and geographical features that These regions are unique to all free zones.
