Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to explore the effect of the functional variables of the work environment on the performance of the university professor, Accordingly, the questionnaire was designed as the most appropriate tool for the study, and included the initial characteristics and variables of the study with (29) phrases and distributed to a random sample of the studied community.

After the statistical treatment and the adoption of the program (spss25) a number of results were reached: There is a modest interest in the functional variables of the work environment, In addition, the performance of the university professor was high through its dimensions, It was also emphasized that there is a positive impact and a moderate relationship to the functional variables of the work environment on the performance of the university professor, The study concluded that in order to improve the performance of the university professor must and need to have continuous support by improving the functional conditions of the work environment.
