تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إبراز تأثير مخرجات الجامعة على تطوير صناعة المواد الصيدلانية في الأردن و يشمل ذلك الصناعة المحلية البحتة و الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر.
كما يناقش هذا العمل حقيقة تفاعل هذه المخرجات مع بقية المتغيرات المحيطة لبلوغ التطور المنشود.
و تقوم الدراسة على نموذج قياسي لسلسلة زمنية تمتد من 1992 إلى 2015.
و تم التوصل إلى علاقة معنوية احصائيا بين صناعة المواد الصيدلانية و بعض المتغيرات المفسرة بما فيها مخرجات الجامعة المعبر عنها بنسبة طلبة الصيدلة إلى العدد الكلي لطلبة الجامعات.
Abstract EN
The present paper aims to emphasize the impact of University output on developing pharmaceutical industry in Jordan that includes both national industry and foreign direct investment.
It discusses also the interaction that may exist between the output and other surrounding variables to achieve such development.
To do so, an econometric model was built using time series analysis from 1992 to 2015.
The results argue that there is a significant statistical relationship among the pharmaceutical industry and some explanatory variables besides the university output expressed in the number of pharmacy students related to the full number of university students
