Halmantishi poetry is regarded as a novel art of the modern literature which combines the literary language with the vulgar language.

It displays one of old and famous poets especially Moalqat sarcastically in order to criticize the social conditions.

Halmantishi poetry deals with many of social and political subjects in a way that counts on a parodox that projects bitter sarcasm which derives depression and contempt in us.

First it appears in works of Hosein Shafiq Almasri and Biram Altunesi as a way against the British occupation and as a way to fight moral corrupt.

It, as a new literary genre, took a decent place in the works of many poets around Arab countries.

This kind of poetry needs a special talent that helps the poet to take a style that relies on paradox and sarcasm and to mix literary into vulgar language and to apply old texts at the same time.
