Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role of modern digital technologies and the benefits of information technology in healthcare and health promotion, especially as the development has given people stronger communication options than ever before in human history.

However, there are a range of factors limiting the scale of the digital revolution in medical and health care, thus this study also aims to try to go beyond the purely technical and medical view and to research the social and ethical implications of these techniques according to a critical approach.

The problem of the study has been addressed through three main themes, and the study concluded that more research should be devoted to research into these effects, and that the challenges of promoting health in the digital age should be studied in depth.
