لم تعرف مناطق الغالبية المسلمة في جنوب الفلبين خلال الخمس قرون الماضية استقرارا سياسيا و اجتماعيا بسبب محاولات الإبادة و التطهير العرقي التي تعرضوا لها من طرف الاستعمار الأجنبي ثم الحكومات المتعاقبة في جمهورية الفلبين المستقلة و هو ما خلف مئات آلاف القتلى و الجرحى و ملايين المهجرين من كلا الطرفين.
و مع تيقن كل من حكومة مانيلا و مسلمي الفلبين بأن الحل العسكري لن يثني أي طرف عن مطالبه و المتمثلة في الإدماج القسري بالنسبة للسلطات الفلبينية أو الانفصال بالنسبة للمسلمين المورويين فقد خاض الطرفان و لعقود من الزمن جولات تفاوضية عديدة بغية الوصول إلى حل ينهي الصراع و يقود المنطقة إلى سلام و تنمية و استقرار.
إن الهدف من هذا البحث هو التعريف بالمجموعة العرقية المسلمة (المورو) في جنوب الفلبين و الأسباب و الجذور التاريخية للصراع السياسي و القومي في هذه المنطقة و مسار هذا الصراع و انعكاساته على المورويين.
و سيتم استخدام منهج دراسة الحالة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بوحدة الدراسة للوصول إلى فهم أعمق لظواهر الصراع السياسي و القومي بين المورويين و مانيلا و المنهج الوصفي لتحديد خصائص الظاهرة ووصف طبيعتها ونوعية العلاقة بين متغيراتها و أسبابها
Abstract EN
The areas of the Muslim majority in the southern Philippines have not known during the past five centuries political and social stability, due to the attempts to exterminate and ethnic cleansing they were subjected to by foreign colonialism and successive governments in the independent Republic of the Philippines, and it left hundreds of thousands of dead and wounded and millions displaced from both sides.
With the Manila and Philippine Muslims both believing that a military solution will not deter any party from its demands, the two parties have for many decades negotiated rounds to reach a solution that ends the conflict and leads the region to peace and development And stability.
The aim of this research is to introduce the Muslim ethnic group (the Moro) in the southern Philippines, the historical causes and roots of the political and national conflict in this region, the course of this conflict and its implications for the Moros.
