أنتج التقدم الصناعي و التكنولوجي الذي شهده العالم منذ مطلع القرن العشرين– إضافة إلى نتائجه الإيجابية على البشرية- مجموعة من النتائج السلبية على العديد من الأصعدة لعل أهمها هو التدهور البيئي كنتيجة حتمية للتقدم الصناعي في جميع الميادين و إن كان اهتمام المجتمعات في بدايته هو السباق نحو التقدم فإن فكرة البيئة و الحفاظ عليها دخلت ضمن مجال الاهتمام الإنساني في الفترة الأخيرة و خاصة في مجاله القانوني على اعتبار أن تدهور البيئة يمس المجتمع الدولي أساسا في وجوده ما أدى إلى ظهور العديد من المؤتمرات و الأفكار و النصوص القانونية لأجل حماية البيئة.
و الجزائر على غرار باقــي دول العالم شملها الوعي البيئي لتواكب التشريعات البيئية بالعديد من النصوص القانونية بهدف حماية البيئة.
Abstract EN
The industrial and technological progress that the world has witnessed since the beginning of the twentieth century - in addition to its positive results on human kind - has produced a set of negative consequences on many levels.
Perhaps the most important of which is environmental degradation, as an inevitable consequence of industrial progress in all fields, although the interest of societies in its beginning is the race towards Progress, the idea of preserving the environment has entered the field of human interest in the recent period, especially in its legal field, considering that the deterioration of the environment affects the international community mainly in its existence, which led to the emergence of many conferences, ideas and legal texts in order to protect the environment.
Algeria, like the rest of the world, has been covered by environmental awareness to keep up with environmental legislation in many legal texts aimed at protecting the environment.

Le progrès industriel et technologique dont le monde a été témoin depuis le début du XXe siècle - en plus de ses résultats positifs pour l’humanité - a produit un ensemble de conséquences négatives à plusieurs niveaux.
Le plus important peut-être est la dégradation de l'environnement, conséquence inévitable du progrès industriel dans tous les domaines, bien que l'intérêt des sociétés à ses débuts soit la course au progrès, l'idée de préserver l'environnement est entrée dans le domaine de l'intérêt humain dans la période récente, en particulier dans son domaine juridique, considérant que la détérioration de l'environnement affecte la communauté internationale principalement dans son existence, ce qui a conduit à l'émergence de nombreuses conférences, idées et textes juridiques afin de protéger l'environnement.
L'Algérie, comme le reste du monde, a été couverte par la sensibilisation à l'environnement pour suivre la législation environnementale dans de nombreux textes juridiques visant à protéger l'environnement.
