لا يزال سوق التأمين في الجزائر لم يصل إلى مرحلة التشبع بعد حيث تشكل قيمة القطاع أقل من 1% من الناتج المحلي الخام و بالرغم من تحقيقه نسب نمو ضئيلة فهو يعرف تطورات جديدة من سنة لأخرى و من خلال هذا العمل الذي يهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع و الحجم الحقيقي لسوق التأمين و أثره على الاقتصاد الوطني سنحاول التطرق إلى كل عناصر السوق الوطني و الذي يشهد سيطرة القطاع العام على حساب القطاع الخاص و ضعف قطاع التأمين على الأشخاص و هيمنة التأمين على السيارات على حساب الفروع الأخرى للتأمين مما يجعل الرهان مستقبلا مبنيا على تقوية القطاعات الأخرى بالإضافة إلى إعطاء أهميه أكبر للتأمين المتخصص و إعادة التأمين و هذا بالتوازي مع سياسة الدولة في تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني.

The insurance market in Algeria is not yet saturated, it represents less than 1 % of PIB, despite it growths slowly, it is evolving from one year to the next, with this research, we will try to treat the elements of the national market, which are dominated by the public sector compared to the private sector and the weakness of the personal insurance sector, which is dominated by automobile insurance, which makes bets for the future based on the strengthening of other sectors, in addition to giving more weight to specialized insurance, reinsurance, and this in parallel with the policy of the State in the diversification of the economy.

Le marché de l'assurance en Algérie n'est pas encore saturé car il représente moins de 1 % du PIB, et même s'il a enregistré de faibles taux de croissance, il connaît une évolution d'une année a l'autre, et a travers ce travail, nous allons traiter les donnes du marché national, qui est dominé par le secteur public , et aussi la faiblesse des assurances des biens et l’assurance des personnes par rapport à l’assurance de l’automobile , ce qui rend le pari basé sur le renforcement des autres secteurs, et encourager l'assurance spécialisée, et la réassurance, et cela en parallèle avec la politique de l'État vers la diversification de l'économie nationale.
