يتناول البحث بالدراسة و التحليل الاطار القانوني و التنظيمي لإنشاء و مرافقة المؤسسات الصغيرة في الجزائر باعتبارها مؤسسات لها دور في التنمية الاقتصادية للبلاد لاسيما و ان تجربة الجزائر في هذا المجال متميزة و قد صدرت عدة نصوص قانونية و تنظيمية تساهم في تفعيل و انشاء هذه المؤسسات و بيان كيف يجب مرافقتها حتى لا تفشل و تكون عنصرا فعالا في التنمية الشاملة للجزائر.

The study examines the legal and regulatoryFramework for establishing and accompanying Small enterprise's in Alegria as institutions That have a role in the economicdevelopment of the country.
Effective in the overalldevelopment of Algeria.
