لا شك أن للمدرسة أهمية كبيرة في تحقيق النمو النفسي المناسب للتلميذ و الإسهام في تحقيق صحته النفسية لأن المدرسة تعتبر المؤسسة التربوية الثانية بعد الأسرة و التي ينتقل إليها الطفل كما لا يمكن تحقيق جودة مخرجات المنظومة التربوية إلا من خلال اهتمام متكامل بمختلف جوانب شخصية المتعلم و تحقيق التكيف بينه و بين الوسط التربوي الذي يتفاعل معه وعليه نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة مدى اهتمام المشرع الجزائري بالصحة النفسية للمتعلم في القانون التوجيهي للتربية الوطنية 08/04.
Abstract EN
The school occupies a fundamental place, as the second institution of socialization after the family, in the process of the psychic development of the child.
In the overall process of training, the products of the school system can only be improved by a concern for the comprehensiveness of the elements constituting the personality of the child and to realize its adaptation in the educational milieu.
To this end, we will seek in this research project to know the degree of concern of the Algerian legislator, in the laws governing education, the psychic health of the pupil.

L’école occupe une place fondamentale, comme deuxième institution de socialisation après la famille, dans le processus du développement psychique de l’enfant.
Dans le processus global de la formation on n’arrive à améliorer les produits du système scolaire que par une préoccupation de la globalité des éléments constituant la personnalité de l’enfant et bien réaliser son adaptation dans le milieu éducatif.
A cet effet nous chercherons dans ce projet de recherche à connaitre le degré de préoccupation du législateur algérien, dans les lois régissant l’éducation, de la santé psychique de l’élève.
