les organisations non gouvernementales de défense des droits de l'homme aux niveaux international ou national sont devenues une réalité inaliénable, un fait incontestable.

Ainsi, elles sont devenues une autorité contre le pouvoir et la voix des opprimés, qui ne trouvent pas de soutien face à la tyrannie et à la domination des pouvoirs dictatoriaux.

Les ONG ont pris les droits de l'homme comme un message et une valeur morale qu'elles défendent malgré leur neutralité.

Ils s'efforcent de disposer du potentiel matériel et humain et suivent les technologies de pointe et les stratégies les plus efficaces pour remplir leur fonction et assurer le succès de leur noble mission.
