Cette étude vise à identifier le phénomène du stress psychologique et son lien avec la dureté psychologique des enseignants de l'enseignement primaire, en considérant que cette profession est l'une des professions les plus exposées à la pression psychologique afin de détecter le niveau de stress psychologique parmi les enseignants de l'enseignement primaire et sa relation avec la rigidité psychologique en tant que stratégie pour y remédier.

À l’existence d’un niveau moyen de stress psychologique et à l’existence d’une relation inverse, un stress psychologique statistiquement significatif et une rigidité psychologique
