يهدف البحث إلى دراسة اثر ظاهرة الإرهاب التنظيمي كظاهرة متفشة في العديد المؤسسات الجزائرية و مدى تأثير هذه الظاهرة في الاحتراق الوظيفي خاصة وان الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى العمال يتأثر تأثيرا مباشرا بما يمر به العامل في المؤسسة من ممارسات غير اخلاقية مما يؤدي الى انخفاض مردودية العامل و حبه للعمل كما أن متغير الروح المعنوية تم إضافته كمتغير وسيط و ملطف حيث أن مستوى الروح المعنوية إذا كان مرتفع يقلل من تأثير ظاهرة الإرهاب التنظيمي على الاحتراق الوظيفي و قد تم القيام بالدراسة التطبيقية في المركب المنجمي بئر العاتر بحكم أنه شركة تابعة للدولة و قديمة و تحتوي على عدد كبير من العمال حيث توزيع استبيان على عينة من العمال مما تبين أن الروح المعنوية للعمال منخفضة و تأثيرها كان ضعيف على العلاقة بين الإرهاب التنظيمي و الاحتراق الوظيفي.
Abstract EN
Our research aims to study the effects of the phenomenon of the administrative terrorism as a well spread phenomenon in the Algerian firms and companies on the functional combustion among the workers , because it reduces their profitability and their love to work .
we did our practical study in Bir Ater phosphateʼ s mine which is an old public company and it contains a large number of workers .we gave the survey sheet to some of them .
it indicates the the morals of the workers is very low and thus effects their relation with the administration and leads to their Functional Combustion
