The Role of Internal Work Environment in Developing the Professional Performance in the Daily Palestinian Newspapers: A Field Study This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the internal work environment in the development of professional performance in the Palestinian daily newspapers, This is a descriptive research using an questionnaire which was electronically distributed to a random sample of 141 workers in the Palestinian newspapers, and reached a set of results, This study reveals that The relations of understanding, harmony and cooperation prevail among the communicators in the Palestinian daily newspapers in percentage of 83.
