Joseph Schumpeter is unique, because he has made a connection between economics sciences and business administration’s sciences; first he began his study of the qualities and behaviors that must be required to leadership, secondly studying the impact of this behavior leading to economic growth and affect macroeconomic indicators, so the Entrepreneurship has the importance role in global economies because it’s the biggest driver of economic growth ،through establish active local business organizations which contribute to local development by increase the job opportunities and returns.

This research contents the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur characteristics.
