تهدف هده الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية البرامج التي مرت عليها التنمية المحلية في الجزائرحيث قدرت الاعتمادات المالية لكل من المخطط الأول (2001 -2004) و المخطط الثاني (2005 -2009) حوالي 250 مليار دولار إلى جانب المخطط خماسي (2010 –2014) بـ 286 مليار دولار و الذي كان يراد منه تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري و تحفيز الآلة الإنتاجية الوطنية و أخيرا 262 مليار دولار في المخطط الرابع.
لقد أخفقت الجزائر في تجسيد مخططاتها و برامجها التنموية رغم كل هده القاعدة المادية الضخمة الممنوحة و يرجع أكثر خبراء الاقتصاد ذلك لضعف الجانب الإداري الكفؤ و المدرب مع نقص المشاركة الشعبية الواعية و المبادرات الخاصة و الذي يجعل من تحقيق هذه التنمية طويل المدى.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of local development, economically in Algeria.
The financing of the first plan (2001-2004) and the second plan (2005-2009) estimated about $ 250 billion in addition to the five-year plan (2010-2014) at $ 286 billion, which was intended to diversify the Algerian economy and stimulate national production Finally $ 262 billion in the fourth plan.
Algeria has failed in its development programs despite all the funds granted.
Most economists attribute this to the weakness of the efficient administrative side with the lack of popular participation and private initiatives, which makes achieving this development long term.
