This study deals with the structural reforms and macroeconomic Policies in the economic structure (Privatization as a model) to increase the levels of the contribution of the Private Sector in economic activity to achieve desired economic objectives.

The study aimed to shed light on the economic reforms in the structure of the economy, and to identify the most important economic reforms.

This study has yielded a number of results, the most prominent: different objectives and policies adopted by States from the application of the privatization policy in order to overcome the economic and political motives in the capitalist countries in the developing countries.

It is during the previous results, the study made a number of recommendations, including: The need to adopt national plans to diversify the economic structures of the according to strategies to increase economic diversification.

Also encourage the private sector to adopt a clear policy in employment by providing investment tax credits and benefits of private institutions that provide genuine employment opportunities commensurate with their economic activity
