The world today is witnessing the transformation of all aspects of scientific ‘literary ‘ political ‘social ‘cultural and economic life ‘which has led to the emergence of many concepts associated with this terrible development of the global knowledge system.

In which all the parameters of value and normative are eroded before the geographical and political borders ‘the birth of a new global culture.
