Abstract EN

This study aimed at idemtihying the effectiveness of "developed Wheatly" Model in the achievement of learning in the subject of biology for second secondary class students The sample of research consisted of (82) second secondary class students in the schools of Quneitra.

The number of students in the experimental group was (41) students, and the number of students in the control group was (41) students The researcher used an achievement test and a test for measuring the attitudes toward the subject of biology .

The study came to many results.

The hidings of the stucly were follows: - The existence of statistical significance between the two mean scores of the grades of the two groups in favour of the experimental group at a significance level in the post achievement test.

- There is a variation with a statistical significance between the two means scores of the grades attitudes of the experimental group students towards the subject of biology in the per-test and post-tset in favour of the posttest.
